There are many feature in VMware Workstation UI and Virtual Network Editor UI that aren't in the VMware FUsion UI and probably most of which will never be unless VMware decides to produce a version that will sell for the same price range as VMware Workstation. There are many of use that have asked over and over since the beginning of VMware Fusion to produce a Professional version that is on par with VMware Workstation and while they did create a Professional version it's severely lacking!

It's in the Application bundle, e.g.: /Applications/VMware Fusion.app/Contents/Library/vmware-rawdiskCreator
